I got the following set of error messages after my application was running for a while (it does use dRuby and threads): deadlock 0x45a51b8: 2:8 (main) - drb_srvr.rb:317 deadlock 0x4611c40: 2:1 - /cygdrive/c/RUBY/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.6/drb/drb.rb:29 6 deadlock 0x459ad00: 2:2 - ./winntkill.rb:24 Exception `fatal' at ./winntkill.rb:24 - Thread: deadlock ./winntkill.rb:24: [BUG] Segmentation fault ruby 1.6.2 (2000-12-18) [i386-cygwin] 0 [sig] RUBY 827819 stackdump: Dumping stack trace to RUBY.EXE.stackdump This is running on a Win98 machine. Can anybody give me any idea what it means? Also, How does one interpret the RUBY.EXE.stackdump? TIA Phil
