It is and I'm afraid you can't honestly expect much of an answer.  
What's a "server"?  I can write a echo server with a few lines of Ruby, 
a chat server is more effort, and the monsters that run World of 
Warcraft a another considerable jump forward, eh?  CPU usage varies 
over a similar scale.  There's way too many factors to even make sense 
of you're question.  Well, for me anyway.
