Subject: Which gui toolkit to use?

Hi,

I'd like to write a small app with a gui.  I'd like to use it on
Windows and Linux, and be able to input Japanese and Chinese
characters via XIM, SCIM and Microsoft IME.  Can anyone suggest a
toolkit that will meet my needs?
