Kansas (http://enigo.com/projects/kansas), Lafcadio (http://lafcadio.rubyforge.org), Criteria ([not an ORM, but a layer for SQL abstraction] http://mephle.org/Criteria), Madeline, Pstore, and KirbyBase pop immediately to mind.
