Subject: [ruby-talk:13603] SpecRuby tangent -- SpecTcl gets maintainer at long last.

FYI. 

This was very recently posted on comp.lang.tcl, and contains a link to
SpecRuby.

The author of the following note is adopting and updating SpecTcl for
Tcl/Tk 8.4 (which I think is nearing a transition from alpha to beta
status). He is adding support for various popular Tk widget extention
libraries.
