hosting services running relatively recent versions of bsd or linux may have
ruby installed whether they advertise it or not. my own service,
www.pair.com, do, even though their tech support people didn't seem to know
about it. if a hosting service offers full cgi access, you could always run
ruby and eruby from your cgi-bin. mod_ruby is a different matter and any
hosting service offering this would be pretty unusual, i think  - danny.
