Subject: [ANN] FastCST 0.4 Packaging Fix

Thanks to Jan Wikholm for find a problem with how I packaged the 0.4
release of FastCST.  I have updated the packages and everything should
work out of the box now.

Let me know if there's any other problems.  Next stop, a real repository
with something that looks like a real VCS tool.
