Subject: [ruby-talk:13366] [ANN] NQXML v0.5.1 fixes v0.5.0 bug

NQXML v0.5.1 fixes a bug introduced in v0.5.0: the Text.to_s method was
returning the original XML source instead of the "real" text with entities
and special characters substituted.

Additionally, all test and example scripts will now use the version of
NQXML in the same release directory, even when a previous version is
installed elsewhere on the system.
