Which sounds something like FOAF for code.

If I could serve up a simple file from my personal Web site (or any 
'Net-accessible site I had easy access to) then I would be more inclined 
to maintain a list of what libs I endorse.  This info could be collected 
from any number of people; end users of aggregated data would be the 
ones to decide how much weight to assign any endorser.

Or something  like that.

Maybe I'll just start tagging RAA and RubyForge pages in del.icio.us. 
Let someone else figure out a way to harvest it.  See what grows.
