There's no policy defined yet.  I just open-uri-ed URLs and just saved
there...  I can be able to keep the caches there but it will be dud soon
because it won't be updated on a routine basis.  The script I wrote just
open-uri-ed URLs, without checking/comparing local cache viridity (by
If-Modified-Since, HTTP HEAD or etc.)  It's a side effect of link check
at this time.
