That gives me an interesting idea. What if the unused features
for a project weren't visible?

Would that be hard to hack up? Tom C, are you reading?  ;)

I know that I for one *frequently* visit the tabs for a project
and find there is nothing there (especially the Docs).

I'd like it if the links that led to dead ends could be somehow
grayed-out or made unclickable.
