Could a check for something being abandoned be based on x percentage
of bugs which have been reported in x timeframe which have not been
confirmed/assigned by the developer/s? Actual fixing of bugs is also
important, but an unactive project will show up faster if bugs are
only reported and nothing further happens. Perhaps. It assumes that a
single bug tracking system is used though.
