If nobody understands what the stats mean, or where they come from, are 
they all that useful?  Maybe we should suggest a replacement as a Quiz 
topic, or something similar.  Given:
* The date a project was registered
* The number of times the web page was accessed
* The number of times the binary was downloaded
* The frequency of CVS commits
* The date of the last binary release
* The version number of the project

Find a way to turn that into a human-understandable idea of how risky it 
would be to use this library in a project.
