Matt Armstrong has pointed out that I had the links (partially) wrong for
downloading Lapidary; I ambiguously listed only the http download URL, and
neglected the ftp URL. Here are correct URLs:
	HTTP: http://ftp1.sourceforge.net/lapidary/lapidary-0.2.0.tar.gz
	FTP:
ftp://ftp1.sourceforge.net/pub/sourceforge/lapidary/lapidary-0.2.0.tar.gz

I've also updated http://lapidary.sourceforge.net/ to reflect the
difference.

Why on earth sourceforge makes the two different, I have no idea :-/
