there's no wonder u don't use vim if
you don't know this ;)

(v)irtual selections. j a few times. (y)ank it
go somewhere, (p)aste it.

tip. try editing using only \e/cw/dw/hjkl and
characters for a day. *NEVER* use the cursor
keys unless you're one handledly inspecting
source.
