Subject: ruwiki question

I am considering extending ruwiki (if needed) to add some metadata to links
in ruwiki. e.g.
topic1
    (specialize) --> topic2
    (specialize) --> topic3
    (related) --> topic4

Any suggestions where I should begin?

Thanks.
