I don't really know what to quote, but regarding these sort of constructs:

> p (2.4/0.2).to_i  # -> 12.0
> p ((2.4/0.2).to_i) #-> 11

These are flagged as Ruby warnings (ruby -w), so it might be a good idea to 
run code through ruby -w to find any possible problems Ruby has understanding 
the code.  Then by eliminating these warnings, some pitfalls may be eliminated.
