Subject: [ANN] Updated Doxygen pages for Ruby source code

Back in November, at the Virgina RubyConf, Charles Mills provided 
Doxygen[0] pages for the then-current Ruby 1.8.1 code.

I've now run doxygen (thanks to Charles' "do-it-yourself kit" [1]) on 
the 1.8.2 source.  They are available on ruby-doc.org [3]
