The pervasive brick-red text and trim makes everything blend together. 
It looks clean, to be sure, but I'd prefer some cooler colors.

White text on dark backgrounds hurts my eyes before too long.
The white text on almost-white-but-sort-of-blue is nearly invisible.

In general: Use dark text on light background.  Save warm coolers for 
specific items of importance. Don't feel compelled to use red everywhere.
