Subject: [ANN] rubytorrent 0.2 (bittorrent for ruby)

Hello all,

I'm happy to release RubyTorrent version 0.2.  RubyTorrent is a pure-Ruby
BitTorrent peer library. Changes in version 0.2 include many bugfixes
and API enhancements, plus (finally!) some API documentation.
