Currently, I am pining[1] for RedCloth#to_latex. > Where does your interest come from? The need to disseminate scientific research findings in both paper and electronic formats (a significant component of NASA's charter). Paper format is in the bag, PDF is almost there but still unsatisfying, e.g., http://techreports.larc.nasa.gov/ltrs/PDF/2004/aiaa/NASA-aiaa-2004-2627.pdf but web-based dissemination is far behind due to the web's failure to render complex mathematics and the lack of display resolution (dots per inch). Ideally, I'd write once with humane markup and publish appropriately in all three formats without fanfare. > Is it just the 'Oh-No-Word-Messed-Up-My-Text' horror ?
