All of this would make GUIs accessible to people using Braille.
The only real problem is the access to things which are diagrams.
This is like ALT tags on web images -- if one accepts that the presence
of an interpreter is necessary for access, even graphs can be made
accessible.  But observe comments about audio books and how the 
reader's style can affect the "feel" of the book.  It raises interesting
issues beyond the scope of this list.
