Hi Walter,

I've got binary versions of open3 and shortcut available at
http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=85.  Just look for the "0.1.0-bin"
version of each.

They were built with VC++ 7 on Windows XP Pro.  Let me know if they
don't work.
