Subject: [BUG] Wrong path in gem with one Click installer

I installed the latest one Click installer for Windows (182-14RC10) 
with all bells and whistles, in the directory g:/ruby. But the path in 
gem, gem.cmd, gem_server, gem_server.cmd, update_gem and update_gem.cmd 
still had c:/ruby/bin hard coded in them.
