Then, Tateishi-san posted that he didn't have an ojbection to this RCR, but he suggested to make 'semi-standard libraries', and useful libraries are packed into it, because he is afraid that the size of Ruby become too huge to release ([ruby-list:28458]). And ZnZ-san pointed out that there are some distribution separating some ruby's standard library such as IRB, and managed as other packages([ruby-list:28463]). Furthermore, Yoshida-san wrote in his web-diary(2001/03/02) that * which version of expat bundling * quality of some lib/*.rb scripts may not be high(?) # I'm afraid of expressing their opinion incorrectly...
