This type of talk isn't the way to get help out of a normally very
pleasant community. Perhaps you should ask DHH what his consulting fee
is?

That aside, have you been able to reproduce this on a fresh instiki
install.  If you can do that and post the steps, I'm sure that someone
on the list will be able to diagnose the problem. Personally, I know
I'm interested in finding out what the issue is, but have been unable
to reproduce them on a fresh install.

Then we can send a patch to DHH and the open source methodology marches onward.
