Try changing this to:
  system("dcpropgst.bat", @@gsdir, @@gsfontdir, @@prttxt)

If you can't predict how many parameters, do this:
  params = [ @@gsdir, @@gsfontdir, @@prttxt ]
  system("dcpropgst.bat, *params)
