Yes, there is and I'm actually one of its authors! ;-)

I have plans to add support for AspectR in Memoize (ie. "class Memoize
< Aspect"), but it requires changes in AspectR also so its still on the
ToDo... (following the "Don't build for tomorrow" mantra of XP...)
