It seem that here in rubyland people mostly use weblog engines or wikis.
For example, ruby-lang.org runs with tDiary, many projects use HiKi (i.e 
ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp), some do instiki or ruwiki. Rubygarden uses 
rublog.
