Subject: rdoc and vim folding


vim lets you do folds like

   def method
   #{{{
     42
   #}}}
   end

this wreaks havoc on rdoc output, especially when one has

   class Foo
   #{{{
     def bar
     end
   #}}}
   end

any ideas for dealing with this?
