Ruby GetText Package is a Native Language Support Library and 
Tools which modeled after GNU gettext package.

Changes since 0.7.0

* rgettext: Improved to parse ruby script.
* New Translations:
   French   - Laurent Sansonetti
   Spanish  - David Espada
   Swedish  - Nikolai Weibull
* Fixed bugs.
