Subject: [ANN] Running a gem server as a Windows Service

Hi all,

I've whipped up a tutorial on how to setup a gem server as a service
on Windows NT/2000/XP.  If you'll recall, this lets you browse any
rdoc documentation that has been installed via rubygems.
