Unfortunately, no. (Or more like a minus one at this point. :-)

It's been ages ago since I worked on the Ruby/Tk widget demo and the 
SpecRuby GUI builder stuff (which is waiting in RAA for someone else to 
take over). Since then, I haven't used Ruby/Tk. I was too busy on one 
hand, and with the Ajuba buyout, Tk8.4 looked like most of the planned 
stuff would never get done, so I lost interest, although with ActiveState 
hiring Tk guru Jeff Hobbs, things sure look much better.

FWIW, here is the sort of Ruby/Tk documentation that I think is needed:

Ruby also needs its own version of Nick Ing-Simmons, the wizard who did 
the fast (and AFAIK,Tcl-free) Tk interface to Perl.
