urk. okay. this is what prereleases are for :)

   rpa install http://www.lypanov.net/ruvi-prerelease_0.4.12-2.rps

just before releasing i removed the old ruby highlighter
turns out that there was one minor Struct object that the
new one references from the old one. fixed :)

anyone thats tried this first prerelease, and failed to
get working highlighting on .rb files. please retry :)
