Subject: Rake RDocTask fails on Win XP

Hi all,

I have a problem with Rake on Windows XP. Rake is 0.4.8 installed by 
RubyGems. Ruby is the release version of 1.8.1.

If I run a rakefile defining RDocTask as shown below, Rake aborts with 
an error message "Command Failed: [rdoc -o html -T 'html' README.txt]".

---Sample Rakefile

require 'rake/rdoctask'
task :default => [:rdoc]
Rake::RDocTask.new do |rdoc|
  rdoc.rdoc_files.include('README.txt')
end

But if I run the same rdoc command in the same directory, it runs fine.
Is this a known problem?

Anyway, Jim, thank you for this powerful piece of software. It reduces 
my burden for tedius repetitive tasks greatly. Thanks!
