Oops! My FTP client must have auto-synchronized the folder while I was 
messing around.

I've forced the right version back up.

Note that with $DEBUG false, it will attempt to email (and is set to 
use smtp.comcast.net as the server).

With $DEBUG true, it won't attempt to email, but it still needs a valid 
SMTP server set just because of the silly way I nested my code in an 
attempt to be efficient and DRY.
