Not yet because it's platform-specific; I could
(1) package it right now and do some ad-hoc modifications to rpa-base to
    skip ports for another architectures [*]
(2) wait until I can create the ontology of platforms supported by Ruby
    and create per-platform repositories (including binaries).
	
I'm inclined to (2), but might do (1) if I have some free time.

[*] just using RUBY_PLATFORM isn't good enough, by far...
