Just ordered the combo-pak.

Question for clarification: Some of the messaging seems to indicate that 
the pdf can be downloaded within minutes of placing an order and other 
messaging (I think it was in the confirming email) seemed to imply that 
pdfs would be ready for download on Oct 3rd. (?)
