~/sqlite/ext # more extconf.rb
require 'mkmf'

dir_config( "sqlite" )
have_library( "sqlite" )
if have_header( "sqlite.h" ) and have_library( "sqlite", "sqlite_open" )
  create_makefile( "_sqlite" )
end

Ok heres the deal, I am trying to install via rpa-base. I have come
across this problem before... the have_header is only searching
/usr/include, what is wrong here? I have manually modified it to
search in /usr/local/include though.
