It is not neccessary to restrict this to nubys, but something like answers.google.com without the monetary aspect and for ruby could develop to a valuable ruby resource, equally usefull for nubys and nsnys (not so nubys). I think a decent search engine would make it usefull for people of all level of experience. Then you could add some anwer ranking possibilities and I think an interesting book could evolve.
