Yes, but it's out of date (the header files from redhat changed between
4.0 and 4.1).

His point was that as a sysadmin he very carefully restricts himself to
stuff that comes with a stock install of the OS/distribution. I was
wondering if there were a way to work with the maintainers of Redhat,
Debian, OSX etc to make sure the appropriate tool got included with
ruby.
