If you have a 3rd party library only as class files (in bytecode), most recent IDEs still will give a decent amount of code completion when you use these classes. Reflection is the only way the IDE is able to get those method and class names. Still, these kinds of errors we are talking about have nothing to do with reflection. Regards Henrik
