Excellent point.

I've seen some people say that they either put the new material at the top
or intersperse. I'd say that messages should always be interspersed, and a
single response isn't an exception to this.

This message is a good example. :) If you had another point, then I could
quote you below:

then add some more. But since you didn't make that other point, there's no
reason I should move all this to the top. :)
