I am guessing that you restarted the app and that you have an error in 
EditNodes that prevents Ruby from parsing the class.  So, no such class as 
Admin::EditNodes ever comes into existence.

If you leave an app running after you make a change, and there is an error 
when Ruby tries to reload it, you'll still be left with your previous 
version of the class intact.  If, however, you restart and there is an 
error, Iowa is just left without a class definition.
