I just installed RC8, selected the installation of FreeRIDE, but 
declined the installation of Scite.  When I try to run FreeRIDE, I get 
an error message that iconv.dll cannot be found.

After I acknowledge the message, FreeRIDE loads anyway.  I don't know, 
though, that it does all it is suppose to.
