qt bindings are curently not bound to on windows
however PerlQt patches are available now and qtruby
and PerlQt basically share the same code base.

i'd like to take up this project but i won't bother
until qt4 final comes out and i get some binaries 
for windows :)

both wx and fox are ugly and from what i recall
don't look very native. gtk2 otoh has the wimp
library and nice theming. i'd much prefer this
therefore.

the lack of qt bindings on windoze is also my
main reason for wanting a gtk2 frontend for ruvi.
