Subject: Will 1.8.2 release get recent changes?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused about the Ruby versioning process because the stable 
snapshot was at version 1.8.2 long before Ruby 1.8.2-preview1 was announced.

Will Ruby 1.8.2 release contain changes to the stable snapshots that 
occur after Ruby 1.8.2-preview1?
