I could do this too but maybe there's a nasty bug somewhere so maybe, if

Yep
Windows 98 [Version 4.10.2222]
Microsoft Excel 2000 (9.0.2720)

Maybe a trace into the win32ole module (class?) would reveal the problem? I
don't know how to do this so any tips would be appreciated.
