It's published by The Pragmatic Bookshelf, and will be available both 
from our website 
(http://www.pragmaticprogrammer.com/bookshelf/index.html) and from your 
normal retail book outlets. In Germany, we have an arrangement with 
Lehmans, and we also have O'Reilly handling distribution.

In theory, it will be available anywhere you can by an O'Reilly book.
