Subject: Wo publishes Pickaxe II?

Might have missed a message, but has it it been mentioned who is going
to publish the Pickaxe II book? Is it "self-published" or will it be
distributed or is Addison-Wesley going to publish it? (Just trying to
gauge how difficult it will be to get the book over here in Germany,
preferably through a bookstore.)
